Hand-casted with VOC free Epoxy and adorned with various materials personally
selected by YOU! Great for personalized, one of a kind gifts, hosting game

Base pricing, custom material pricing, container add-ons, commission
scheduling information, processing/shipping timelines, custom showcase
examples, product care/storage, and artist rights/responsibilities are all

— 1.) BASE PRICING —

The standard commission base pricing to reserve a scheduled slot for any
custom set of double-six dominoes is $35. Additional material option costs are
covered in Custom Material Pricing below.

Select desired colors/mediums and the artist will contact you to confirm the
closest available hues.

Add-ons is due upon confirmation of the custom order and before production will
start. Custom invoices will be created for special request orders. ***


— 4.) COMMISSION SCHEDULING INFO —

- Paid Etsy invoices are processed in the order that they are received.
- Artist will contact buyer within 24 hours of paid placement of any custom
orders to confirm desired specifications and send sample photos of materials to
be used. Please look for this contact email to confirm the intended design.
- Custom orders are scheduled for production once the design is confirmed and
custom invoices are paid in full. Artist will attempt to make contact on paid
invoices once per day for five days to reach buyer confirmation. (After five
days without contact, Artist will send a default confirmation notice of
materials used and will make the custom set to their best interpretation of the
specifications provided by the buyer on the original ETSY invoice.)


— 5.) CUSTOM PROCESSING/ SHIPPING —

- Once a custom design is confirmed with the buyer or via default, Artist will
update buyer with anticipated processing times and an anticipated delivery date
based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
- Processing times are based on current order volume and scheduling. Buyers
will be made aware of any extended processing times due to currently scheduled
orders.
- Custom Domino sets are individually hand casted in two layers over the span
of 24-48 hours. Epoxy can take up to two weeks to fully cure for safe shipping.
Expect processing times on custom orders averaging between 12- 18 days (plus
shipping) to protect the integrity of the product.
- First class shipping within the United States is guaranteed FREE with this
shop on all orders over $35.
- Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping option.
- Artist will provide a final confirmation email containing staged images the
final product, expected delivery date, and a package tracking number
immediately upon shipping the order.

— 7.) PRODUCT CARE/STORAGE —

- Dominoes can be wiped clean with a soft, damp washcloth.
- Keep out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat. Both can cause the
dominoes to stick together, warp, fade, and /or yellow.
- Store in a dry, room temperature area.


— 8.) ARTIST RIGHTS/RESPONSIBILITY—

- All sets are handmade by the Artist who runs this shop. Irregularities and
variances in the finished product are a reflection of the unique, handmade
process in artisan craftsmanship.
- Artist reserves the right to all product photos or videos recorded during
the process of making custom orders. All physical identifiers and/or personal
information will be removed to protect buyer privacy if any product imagery is
used.
- Artist reserves the right to use the aforementioned process videos/photos of
custom orders for personal use, social media, and/or marketing purposes at any
time.
- Due to the nature, material consumption, and specificity of custom orders,
refunds are not offered at this time. Custom orders are sold on an as-is basis.
- Currently listed pricing and material costs are subject to change at any
time. Paid invoices are not affected by changes in default listing prices.
- Artist reserves the right to deny orders that contain copied, offensive,
inappropriate, or degrading content.
- Buyer agrees not to reproduce, alter, copy, resell, or misrepresent products
purchased from DawdlesArt without written permission from the Artist, Deanna.
- In the event that products are damaged in shipping/transit, please contact
the Artist within 48 hours of receipt of the package for a replacement. Please
include your order number and information, receipt, and photos that clearly
display the damage to the product.
- In no event shall the Artist be held liable to buyers as a purchaser of our
products, for any amount greater than the total sum of the product purchased.
